These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Umeed-e-Noor — A Centre for Special Children (“Umeed-e-Noor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered non-profit organisation in Islamabad, Pakistan. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and submitted with proper authority. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
2. Permitted use
This website is provided to share information about Umeed-e-Noor and to enable enquiries, enrollment requests, volunteering, partnerships, and donations. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

3. Donations and sponsorships
Umeed-e-Noor is a registered non-profit under the ICT Charities Act 2021 and is approved by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR); tax-exemption receipts are available on request for eligible donations. Donations and sponsorship pledges made through this site support our education, therapy, boarding, and vocational programmes. Contributions are voluntary and, except where required by law or in the case of a demonstrable processing error, are non-refundable because funds are applied to programme costs.
